Mr. Bean Is a Plane Bombing Terrorist in This Recut Trailer

Bean's extremely popular around the world, as the character's body language is what makes him so amusing, and he's known in Asia as Mr Foolish Bean.

According to a celebrity death hoax, Rowan Atkinson aka Mr. Bean has died in a tragic vehicle crash.

The character, conceived as "the world's most annoying man", works well in context, as most of Atkinson's work is mimed. The fake tweet went viral and was shared and liked more than 300,000 times, reported The Sun.

Atkinson's part is so seemingly on the down-low that it isn't listed on his IMDB page. The disturbing news of Rowan Atkinson's death went viral after a Twitter handle posing as United States broadcaster Fox News spread the Rowan Atkinson death hoax and duped users into clicking on a malicious link.

A website Hoax Alert was quickly launched to counter the claims.

Rowan Atkinson's character is seen licking his electronic razor and scaring policemen in a holding cell as dramatic, creepy music plays in the background. "At first sight this is just a normal YouTube video from a Fox News broadcast (which is about a death but not about Rowan Atkinson)".

The entertainment icon was a victim of a similar death hoax past year when claims he had committed suicide swept the web.

Titled Top Funny Comedian, the film is a spin-off of a Chinese variety show of the same name, and the plot involves a number of characters getting involved in a series of misadventures during a visit to Macau. Atkinson will be reprising his role as Mr. Bean for the first time in a film since 2007's Mr. Bean's Holiday.
