Pakistan yet to respond to India's demand on Kulbhushan Jadhav case

Aziz "condemned" the Indian reaction over Jadhav's sentencing and warned that it would further "aggravate the people-to-people hostility".

A leading Mumbai NGO Harmony Foundation on Saturday appealed to Pakistani peace activists to launch a campaign to save former Indian Navy officer Kulbhushan S. Jadhav, who has been sentenced to death by that country's military court.

The discussion on the appeal and mercy petitions was held in the backdrop of Pakistan's silence over India's 14th request for consular access to Mr. Jadhav made by High Commissioner Gautam Bambawale on Friday.

"Pakistan government has denied consular access to Jadhav despite India trying 13 times".

The death sentence for Jadhav, 46, was confirmed by army chief General Bajwa after the Field General Court Martial found him guilty of "espionage and sabotage activities" in Pakistan.

The Canadian skip simply punched it through the port to run his opponent out of rocks and claim his first world men's title. He was exasperated after a throw was slightly offline in the fourth end, his hit rolling out a little too far for a single.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), on Sunday, said that the central government would do all it can to bring alleged Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav back to India.

Pakistan said they were involved with three Indian army and RAW officers - Major Ranjeet, Major Sultan and an unnamed officer, police told Pakistan-based Geo News. India says Pakistan had abducted Jadhav from Iran.

Aziz also slammed the "inflammatory statements and rhetoric of premeditated murder" issued by the Indian government, which he said "will only result in escalation, serving no useful purpose". We need to bear in mind that a sham trial has taken place.

Sources in New Delhi said that Islamabad was deliberately making baseless allegations against RAW in order to worsen the India-China relations, which had already been hit by several irritants. Senior officials though denied that there is any move by India to delay visas to Pakistani diplomats, as has been reported by some sections of the Pakistan media. He has not even given a legitimate lawyer to Jadhav ji to present his case.

Pakistan on Friday fielded its PM's foreign affairs adviser Sartaj Aziz - who had earlier reportedly doubted whether there was any evidence against Jadhav before changing his tune - to claim that the trial of Jadhav by the Pakistani military court was as per the Pakistani Constitution. Now clearly it appears that a cover up is taking place about it. "But generally speaking the sense is that regional situation will help both the countries to consolidate this partnership", he said. "India does not try civilians in military courts". The unimaginable torture to confess and total human rights violation that happen in Pakistan. The death sentence was endorsed on April 10, 2017.
