Bake Off to extend to 75 minutes on C4

New GBBO episodes will be 75-minutes long

C4's version of the former BBC baking competition is taking shape, with bosses recently unveiling its new hosting line-up.

The date of the show's return has not yet been announced.

Long-standing TV baker Paul Hollywood will stay on as judge, while Prue Leith replaces Mary Berry and Sandi Toksvig and Noel Fielding take over from rib-tickling presenters Sue Perkins and Mel Giedroyc.

And what's more, comedian Jo Brand will be back as its host.

Each week Jo will be joined by celebrity fans of the show who will offer their verdict on each week's bakes and debate their favourite baker.

RSA wants 8% rent hike on 2-year leases
The increase would cost a typical tenant an extra $50 per month on a one-year lease and $100 a month on a two-year lease. Landlords from around the city will present their recommendations for rent hikes on rent-stabilized apartments Thursday.

"I am really looking forward to another Extra Slice and all the fun and frolics that brings", she added.

Now Broadcast have confirmed that the show will run for 75 minutes, giving Channel 4 an extra 15 minutes to allow for advert time and to ensure that the running time for the show will not be cut.

"We have always promised viewers that they would not be short-changed on the show, even though we are an ad-funded channel".

"Love and Paul are already a tasty combination, but we are delighted to be able to give the audience a fresh insight into Paul's life before Bake Off - and how he became the brilliant judge he is today".

The moment none of us could have anticipated would be one of the top entertainment stories of 2014, Iain Watters made headlines when his ruined Baked Alaska wound up in the bin, which he then frustratedly presented to the judges as his finished product.
