Brady's White House Absence Questioned After Gisele Deletes Tweet

A now-deleted tweet from super model Gisele Bündchen, wife of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, is fueling speculation his no-show at the White House Wednesday had more to do with his anti-Trump spouse than ailing mom.

The Times on Wednesday tweeted an Associated Press photo of the Patriots standing behind Obama on the south side of the White House in 2015.

The Patriots' official Twitter account didn't stay quiet for long.

The Patriots later said that the photos shown were misleading, and took to Twitter to explain the difference in the two photos. A few hours later, the Patriots took public exception to the tweet with one of their own complaining that the images "lack context".

The president and White House accused media outlets of downplaying the size of Trump's inauguration crowd.

A reported 34 members of the Patriots visited the Trump White House on Wednesday in celebration of winning Super Bowl 51. "In 2017, they were seated on the South Lawn".

Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro Launched in India: Price, Specifications and Release date
Samsung was forced to recall it late a year ago after reports of the device overheating and exploding. Samsung has launched yet another "Pro" device in India, the Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro.

"Patriots say (number) of players was smaller this year than 2015, but total delegation was roughly the same", the publication wrote.

The number two years ago approached 50, the Times added. "The photo from Wednesday only showed players and coaches; the 2015 photo showed players, coaches and support staff and has been removed". They also chalked the lower player attendance up to the fact that they have won two Super Bowls in three years, noting that less players came the last time the team won a second championship in three seasons, too.

Some veteran players were simply bored with the process after appearing at the White House two years ago, the spokesman told the Times.

Tom Brady's cited "personal family matters" as the reason he was unable to join his teammates at the White House, by which he probably meant "Gisele will kill me if I go".

Some players reportedly declined to attend the White House ceremony because they didn't want to be seen with Trump.
