'Only right' to share my anguish over Diana's death, says Harry

Lady Gaga Prince William talk about mental health

The pair used the video conferencing app to discuss their plans to fight the stigma against mental health and how important it is for sufferers to talk about their problems with others.

In addition to the Facebook discussion with Lady Gaga, Prince William and Prince Harry also participated in an interview with Calmzine magazine in which Prince William called for a society where children and adults felt free to discuss their feelings and not bottle things up. As the royals continue their initiative to promote mental health awareness with their charity Heads Together, the Duke of Cambridge and his family have been opening up about their own personal struggles.

Heads Together released a short film showing William discussing mental health issues with the USA popstar Lady Gaga, who has gone public with her own struggles with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after she was raped aged 19.

This comes after Prince Harry has also opened up about his own mental health. "It's so important to break open that fear and that taboo which is only going to lead to more problems down the line".

William asked Lady Gaga to join forces following the open letter she released through her Born This Way Foundation to reveal she has lived with PTSD after she was sexually assaulted at 19 years old.

"I still think it's an incredibly courageous and an admirable thing to do and I think it's going to make such a difference in the lives of many people to hear him be so open about it".

U.S. 'concerned' about Venezuela mass protests after boy, woman killed
The company recently said that its South America region "remains challenged from macro-economic and political standpoints". Mr Maduro's opponents are pushing for his removal through early elections and the release of scores of political prisoners.

Lady Gaga says that talking more openly about mental health would allow people to feel like "we are not hiding anymore".

Mental health charities are flatly thrilled. "You feel like something it's wrong with you", Lady Gaga said from her kitchen in Los Angeles.

In an interview with the Daily Telegraph, Harry revealed he spent almost 20 years "not thinking" about his mother's death and eventually got help after two years of "total chaos". "You just learn to deal with it", he said.

"Catherine and I are clear that we want both George and Charlotte to grow up feeling able to talk about their emotions and feelings", he said of his wife, Kate Middleton, in a recent interview with CALM.

"There may be a time and a place for the "stiff upper lip", but not at the expense of your health", William said in CALMzine.
