Trump on Drinkable Urine

Trump on Drinkable Urine

The American president congratulated Ms Whitson for setting a new space record yesterday (Monday) in a telephone call to space, broadcast live on NASA -television.

On Monday, Whitson broke the previous record of the longest stay in space by an American astronaut, surpassing the previous mark of 534 days.

Trump thanked Whitson on behalf of the nation and the world, and Whitson said that she was honored to break such a record and that she's honored to represent all the people at NASA who made space travel possible.

"Well, I think as your bill directed, it will be approximately in the 2030s", Whitson said, explaining that "space flight takes a lot of time and money, so getting there will require some worldwide cooperation".

If that seems like a long time, the all-time record for a human in space goes to Russian cosmonaut, Col. Gennady Padalka, who has almost 879 days in orbit!

NASA astronaut Peggy Whitson has set yet another record. Her first stint as commander was in April 2008 and she's commanding the current crew.

The 57-year-old Whitson was a scientist before she was an astronaut, earning graduate degrees in biochemistry from Rice University in Houston before coming to conduct research at NASA's Johnson Space Center in 1989.

The concept of monitoring persistent memory storage is becoming more and more critical to understanding a device's health. The Azure-connected Micron Authenta technology flash offerings will be on show at the Microsoft booth at Hannover Messe .

President Donald Trump spoke with Whitson from the White House to congratulate her.

"So, unfortunately space flight takes a lot of time and money so getting there will require some worldwide cooperation to get the - it to be a planet-wide approach in order to make it successful just because it is a very expensive endeavor". Commander Whitson noted some of the space station's scientific achievements.

Whitson told the president that spaceflight takes a lot of time and money, so getting to Mars will require collaboration from other countries to succeed.

"I'm glad to hear that", Trump responded. She says it was the Apollo missions to the moon that first got her interested in becoming an astronaut.

"I've been dealing with politicians so much", said Trump. One way to make it, she said, would be "cleaning up our urine and making it drinkable", which she promised was "really not as bad as it sounds".

"I wouldn't want to fly" at that speed, but it's "what you do", he added.
