ITunes is coming to the Windows Store

This is What Microsoft Said About Progressive Web Apps at Build

The new Microsoft Windows 10 Fall Creators Update will focus more on improving other companies' operating systems like Android and iOS.

Today at Microsoft's Build conference for developers, however, the company announced that Apple is working on bringing iTunes to the Windows Store after all. Fluent Design System will also be replacing Microsoft's current Metro UI, and will be applied across Microsoft's other apps and services on Windows, Android and iOS. These Clipboard and Timeline features in the Fall Creators Update remind us of Apple's Time Machine and Universal Clipboard tools, respectively.

According to The Verge report, the Microsoft Windows 10 Fall Creators Update can help the users' activities and applications whether they are using an iOS or Android device. That's up from 400 million disclosed last September, but far short of a goal of 1 billion by 2018.

One scenario posed by Terry Myerson, executive vice president of the Windows and Devices Group at Microsoft, is the ability to resume a task from where the user left off after switching from a PC to a phone.

Huge cyberattack ebbs as investigators work to find culprits
Most ATMs were running fine, there could be some which may not have updated Microsoft's Windows operating system, sources said. Federal Trade Commission, which has previously sued companies for misrepresenting their data privacy measures.

That immediately got us thinking about legacy apps that Microsoft needed on the Windows Store. The name refers to the tools developers have to create applications, and in this instance, can bring game-like features to interfaces, such as layering, elements that pop out at you, and more motion and design options.

Microsoft also debuted a new mixed reality controller at the conference that will work with multiple upcoming virtual reality headsets to offer mixed reality experiences. Windows has just put out another update for Microsoft OneDrive, and in this update, it will allow mobile users to view files on demand.

Aside from some new additions to the Windows Store and future VR headsets, Microsoft also detailed its next big feature update for Windows 10. Acer's going to bundle both devices together at $399 and sell it this holiday season. Windows 10 will also provide a Timeline so that users can keep track of all their apps and devices. Microsoft has promised rolling out one major update to the Windows 10 system every six months.

The feature will also work with corporate OneDrive accounts and SharePoint Online team sites, added Teper. Microsoft stated that developers in the USA and Canada can pre-order an Acer ($299 USD) or HP ($329 USD) Windows Mixed Reality Headset Developer Edition starting today from the Microsoft Store for delivery later this summer.
