Joe Biden says he could be open to presidential run

On Thursday, Obama administration Vice President Joe Biden said he could run for president again, but he added that he "probably" wouldn't.

"I had planned on running for president, and although it would have been a very hard primary, I think I could have won".

Biden also may have been publicly musing about his own plans. He campaigned for president in 1987, but had to cut his bid short he was accused of plagiarism, to which he later admitted, CNN reported. "Could I? Yes", he said.

Despite his financial needs, Biden pledged to give the $200,000 speaking fee for appearing at SALT to charity.
