United Kingdom police arrest eleventh suspect of Manchester terror attack

British police have arrested two more men in connection with the Manchester attack, taking the number of people in custody to eight, Greater Manchester police said. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak publicly. A 16-year-old boy has been released without charge. British authorities are angry that photos showing the bomb's detonator, battery, and some shrapnel from the bomb were published by the New York Times.

Libyan officials said Abedi's brother Hashem had been under surveillance for six weeks and that investigators had information he was planning "a terrorist attack" in Tripoli. Sixty four injured still remain hospitalised.

Fearing that another attack could be imminent, the United Kingdom government announced on Tuesday that it had raised the country's terror alert to the highest "critical" threat level.

TRUMP'S COMPLAINTSThe British concerns echo Trump's own frequent complaints about officials in his administration leaking information to the media, often about allegations of connections between his election campaign and Russian Federation.

"Very few people in the community here were close to him, and therefore Salman's fanaticism wasn't something the community was aware of", he said.

However, Fadl said he had heard Abedi's father took his son's passport away over concerns about his ties to alleged extremists and criminals.

In the hours and days after the attack, Grande's "Arianators" rallied behind one another with messages of support across social media. He said his son visited Libya a month and a half ago and was planning to return to Libya to spend the holy month of Ramadan with the family.

The latest raids were made early on Friday in Moss Side, a district of Manchester, and another in Merseyside, about 30 miles west of the city.

On Wednesday, Grande's management team confirmed to USA TODAY that she was canceling shows through June 5 and resuming the tour in Paris on June 7.
