E3 2017: Sony Shows Spider-Man PS4 Gameplay; Out In 2018

Sony closed out their E3 2017 press conference with one of their most highly anticipated games.

There will undoubtedly be some new reveals too.

Meanwhile, we can also expect the company to come up with a slew of VR games for the event.

Sony's PlayStation E3 2017 Press Conference live stream starts Monday, June 12, 6pm PDT, 9pm EST, which is actually 2am Tuesday BST for anyone in the UK. We already know of Assassin's Creed Origins on the way, as well as Far Cry 5, so we'll probably get a closer look at those two games, at the very least. He's also facing a brand new threat never before featured in a Spider-Man game. Sony's E3 showcase will be the final event of the day, kicking off at 6:00 PM PT / 9:00 PM ET at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.

Destiny 2 Moves Up Its Release Date Two Days
It wouldn't be a PlayStation E3 Press Conference without a showing from Destiny - this time, the recently revealed Destiny 2 . If we get more specific details or learn about any more exclusive content, we'll be sure to update this post.

There should be updates on several previously announced titles, including zombie survival Days Gone, myth-based action franchise reboot God of War, sci-fi thriller Detroit: Gone Human, and lighthearted fairway jaunt Everybody's Golf.

It appears that this version of Spider-Man is the Miles Morales character, which would make it the first time in a video game that the man behind the webslinger's mask is not Peter Parker.

Sony Interactive Entertainment predicts shipments to have reached 78 million units by the end of the fiscal year (March 31st, 2018), and the goal seems to be quite easily within reach.

E3 has put together a handy time table of the schedule for a load of different time zones so you can see when to tune in wherever you are.
