E3 2017: Spider-Man Swings On Through In New Gameplay

Japanese gaming giant Sony has sold more PS4 consoles than rival Microsoft and its Xbox One, but faces renewed pressure from the USA company after it revealed its new high-powered Xbox One X system on Sunday. Below you can also look at the first DLC for Horizon: Zero Dawn called "The Frozen Wilds" also out later this year. It's seven-minute trailer shows a post-apocalyptic world where one can manipulate zombie hordes to their advantage.

It did so on Monday afternoon to evening, LA time, and the underlying message that it was all about the games rather than the hardware - much to the delight of PlayStation fans.

What we saw of the sandbox game, which shifts direction and tone as players make choices, bodes well for its release next year.

Later in the gameplay trailer, you're chasing down the leader of The Demons, Mr. The new machine has a far slimmer body than previous Xbox models, and brings upgrades such as a faster processor, more memory and graphics power, and the ability to play games in 4K high-definition resolution. This includes titles such as The Inpatient, Bravo Team and even a game that Elijah Wood is involved in.

Officials explain Draymond Green technical foul mishap
In the first quarter, the Cavs scored 49 points, the most points scored in a quarter of any NBA Finals game before. Draymond Green didn't deserve to be ejected from this game, but the way the refs handled this is pretty puzzling.

We got another look at Days Gone gameplay in a new video, but no release date was revealed. Insomniac has seemingly nailed Spider-Man's acrobatic movement, making him feel mobile yet heavy enough to knock supervillains flying.

Until then, players can keep watching the wonderful gameplay trailer, and hope that Spider-Man will be released early on in 2018.

As Spider-Man follows a lead about Wilson "The Kingpin" Fisk, we see him jump into a big brawl, starting with a single-button quicktime event (QTE) that then moves him into more fluid fighting that's basically Spidey-meets-Arkham games.

Outside of the major exclusive reveals, Sony also showed off footage of Capcom's Monster Hunter World, a series with a massive following in the United States that hasn't quite found quite as substantial of an audience in North America and Europe.
