Cosby's lawyer says Bill and the woman accusing him had secret affairs

Bill Cosby flashed a thumbs-up sign as he arrived for the second full day of marathon deliberations by the jury in his sexual assault trial.

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (AP) - With fatigue appearing to set in, jurors in Bill Cosby's sexual assault trial reviewed portions of his accuser's testimony Wednesday as they deliberated for a third day over whether the 79-year-old star drugged and molested her at his suburban Philadelphia estate.

Jurors have deliberated some 21 hours since getting the case Monday.

Check back with for updates throughout trial. "And you deserved better". In the deposition, Cosby says he relaxed Constand by giving her Benadryl before fondling her, but prosecutors assert he gave her something much stronger.

Jackson said that she asked Constand if she had filed charges. "Why are we trying to make it something it's not?"

Judge Steven O'Neill said Friday that defense lawyers have made at least four bids for a mistrial as the deliberations have worn on without a verdict.

Twine said the administration's move is upsetting. "We must acknowledge these realities at home". The other creates a task force charged with cutting carbon emissions in the agricultural sector.

In one of the biggest United States celebrity trials in years, a guilty verdict could see the judge sentence Cosby up to 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine on each count.

O'Neill also called out Cosby spokesman Andrew Wyatt for taking to the courthouse steps and telling reporters the case should end in a mistrial.

Cosby's lawyer noted to the jury instances where Andrea's statements were inconsistent, stating that, in one interview, she told the police that the assault took place in March 2004 and, in other interviews, January 2004.

Sequestered, they are now entering their third day of deliberations. The defense also poked holes in the account of Kelly Johnson, who took the stand last week on Constand's behalf, citing discrepancies in her testimony that she was drugged and sexually assaulted by Cosby in 1996. However, she testified that she had been alone in a hotel room with Cosby beforehand, and that there were 72 calls between the two afterward. Cosby faces up to 10 years in prison on each of the three counts, but they could be merged for sentencing purposes. "I pray for him. He's been upbeat", she said, adding, "Knowing Mr. Cosby is to know there is always that sense of laughter, and I was grateful to see his spirit hadn't been broken as a result of this process". She told me that something similar had happened to her.

Incidentally, Constand's version of what Cosby supposedly did to her while on prescription Quaaludes in 2004, as documents from a 2005 deposition between Andrea and the actor revealed, as CNN shared, mirrored that of almost 60 other women's experiences with the entertainer between 1965 and 2008, according to Rolling Stone.

The AP does not typically identify people who say they are victims of sexual assault unless they grant permission, which Constand has done.
