13 Reasons Why Season 2 Cast Adds Seven, Led by Tony Winner Kelli O'Hara

Variety reports that Tony Award victor Kelli O'Hara (The King and I) will join the cast of the hit Netflix series 13 Reasons Why for its second season.

She was one of seven new cast members revealed in a Variety story updating the controversial show about a teen girl's decision to commit suicide that became one of 2017's most talked-about TV programs.

Get to know their characters a little below - there's even another Aussie (Ben Lawson) involved! Other students include head cheerleader Chloe (Anne Winters), "cynical mischief maker" Cyrus (Cass), and Cyrus' artistic sister Mackenzie (Alden).

If you're unfamiliar, Winters also starred on FX series Tyrant and ABC's Wicked City, along with a feature film role in Mom & Dad opposite Nicolas Cage. Alden appeared on American Horror Story: Roanoke past year.

Finally, there's Lawson as Rick, the well-loved and revered baseball coach at Liberty High. He has been seen in shows such as Modern Family, 2 Broke Girls and Covert Affairs.
