Saints drawn at home in second round of Carabao Cup

Crystal Palace have been drawn to face Ipswich Town at home in the second round of the Carabao Cup.

The ties will be played in the week commencing 21 August.

Daniel Farke's side played Charlton recently in the penultimate match of their pre-season preparations, winning 2-0 at The Valley thanks to goals from Yanic Wildschut and Steven Naismith.

Rovers will be one of the 25 unseeded teams when the draw for the second round of the Carabao Cup takes place this Thursday evening.
