'Indian shooting' kills six Pakistanis across border

4 martyred as India shells Sialkot villages

The military man was killed this morning when Pakistani units opened fire on a patrol guarding the LoC, the de facto border in Kashmir, a military spokesman told IANS news agency.

Army retaliated the fire and intermittent firing was going on in the area, reports added.

A Foreign Ministry statement said that Indian Border Security Forces fired into Charwa Sector, Bini Sulariyan village, on September 21, resulting in the deaths of six civilians, including four females, and the injuries of 26 others, including 15 females and five children.

This was evident from the continued attempts of sniping and targeting of Indian troops.

The message was conveyed by Director General of Military Operations Lt.Gen. A.K. Bhatt to his Pakistani counterpart Maj.

India said that during the talks the Pak DGMO raised the issues of targeting of Pak Civilians opposite the Jammu Sector by own troops.

In July, for example, the Federal Bureau of Investigation conducted an early-morning raid of Manafort's Alexandria, Va. home. Manafort's business ties to Deripaska were detailed in a 2014 legal action in the Cayman Islands.

Sources in North Block said that Major General Mirza rised the killing of civilians in Pakistan. In recent months, in the backdrop of heightened tensions between Indian and Pakistan troops along the border, the use of the hotline between the DGMOs has become fairly frequent.

"Pakistani troops resorted to unprovoked firing along the Line of Control in the early hours today".

"Lt Gen Bhatt reiterated that the Indian Army is a professional Army and reserves the right to retaliate appropriately to any incident leading to loss of lives of Indian troops", it said. The same was conveyed at the DGMO level meet between India and Pakistan.

According to the ISPR, the Dawn reported, Lt Gen Haq was briefed about ceasefire violations during his visit.

"If India does venture across the LoC, or acts upon its doctrine of "limited" war against Pakistan, it will evoke a strong and matching response", he said.
