Coroner lacks evidence on ex-N. Korea detainee

A coroner's report on Otto Warmbier revealed small scars, but no signs of torture, were found on the American student's body - the shocking news coming hours after his parents' detailed the horrifying shape Warmbier was in after 15 months imprisonment in North Korea.

Mr Warmbier said the first time they saw Otto after he arrived back in the U.S., their son was making a "howling involuntary, inhuman sound" and that his mouth looked as if "someone had taken a pair of pliers and rearranged his bottom teeth".

About three months ago, Otto Warmbier passed away just a few days after he returned to the US.

The report also said his body was "well-nourished" and that his teeth were "original and well-formed", the Enquirer reported, a difference from reports by his parents that his teeth looked like they had been crudely rearranged.

PEOPLE reported that the Warmbiers did return their request for comment.

Sammarco said there was "no evidence of trauma" to Warmbier's teeth.

"When we got halfway up the steps, we heard this howling, involuntary, inhuman sound". She says extensive medical imaging and a CT scan showed Warmbier's body was in excellent condition for somebody bedridden for a year.

Fred Warmbier also said Otto had a large scar on his right foot and a high fever.

Trent Richardson signs with Saskatchewan Roughriders
The Crimson Tide won the national championship that year and also during his freshman season in 2009. His output dropped significantly in the next two seasons with the Browns and eventually the Colts.

On the other hand, a local newspaper in the USA contradicts Warmbier's parents' by publishing a report created by the doctor who pronounced his death. Trump administration officials have said they are reviewing whether North Korea will again be placed on the list.

Fred Warmbier said Tuesday that his son "was jerking violently, making these inhuman sounds", when he was returned, but Sammarco said his condition was likely caused by "chronic brain damage".

When he arrived in OH, he was transported by ambulance to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where doctors discovered he had "severe injury to all regions of the brain" and described his current condition as "unresponsive wakefulness".

His post followed the airing of an interview with Warmbier's parents. They're terrorists." Fred Warmbier, Otto's father, added: "They kidnapped Otto.

Sammarco said on Wednesday that the post-mortem examination found no obvious signs of torture. The native of Wyoming, Ohio, near Cincinnati, was arrested during a tourist visit to the reclusive communist country. The manner of death was undetermined, but Sammarco said it could have happened naturally had he undergone cardiac arrest.

"When you're not familiar with patients who have that kind of brain damage, I think it's going to be alarming", she said.

"They destroyed him", Mrs Warmbier said.
