Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Broke Royal Protocol By Holding Hands

Prince Harry right speaks to an athlete from the United Kingdom's volleyball team during training in the lead-up to the Invictus Games in Toronto

When the first official photos of Prince Harry and his girlfriend Meghan Markle surfaced, they were a bit shocking-and not just because there were finally pictures where you could see both parties together clearly, instead of their usual routine of hiding underneath beanies and behind heavily tinted vehicle windows. In this instance, the comments from the Palace sought specifically to quash rumours that he did not support Harry's decision to confirm his relationship with Suits star Meghan in an open letter previous year. "Meghan would very much have taken his lead under the circumstances". The couple was photographed holding hands (which is a big deal) as they made their way to the sporting event on Monday.

It's thought they refrain from public affection because they are working representatives of the British monarchy.

THE Invictus games is a multi-sport event for wounded, injured or sick armed services personnel. Certainly, the couple's low-key outing on Monday appeared relaxed and informal, with 36-year-old Meghan - dressed down in a white shirt and jeans - and her boyfriend looking carefree as they chatted easily to fellow spectators. Because for the little blonde, Henry of Wales is not only a prince of fairy tale, it is he who created the Invictus Games, competition in which participates his papa Paul Gommers.

O'Driscoll pitches for Rugby World Cup as May dons green jersey
Commenting on the bid Varadkar said, "We have the infrastructure, we have fabulous stadiums, we have the best fans". The victor needs 20 votes, with 39 available.

What are the Invictus Games? The relationship of the two became public knowledge when the princePrince Harry, via the Kensington Palace communication secretary, issued a rare warning to the media to leave his girlfriend and her family in peace.
