Modi bigger actor than me: Prakash Raj

PM Modi's Silence On Those'Celebrating Gauri Lankesh's Death Is'Chilling, Says Prakash Raj

After being trolled on social media over his remarks on the silence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding the killing of Gauri Lankesh, actor Prakash Raj continued to target Modi on the issue. He took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over his silence on the murder of journalist Gauri Lankesh in Bengaluru. The controversy started when he was addressing the audience at the inauguration of the 11 State Meet of the Democratic Youth Federation of India.

Members of the "Gauri Lankesh Hatya Virodhi Vedike", a group which has been protesting the murder as well as the curbing of free speech, on Monday demanded that the investigation conclude soon and that the killers be arrested. When I see such actors, I fell like gifting them all my five national awards. Some people followed by our Prime Minister on Twitter spew venom. "We have a Prime Minister who shuts his eyes to this", he added.

Raj, a popular actor in Kannada, Telugu and Tamil film industries, has won five National Film Awards for his movies.

Google Makes Publishers with Subscriptions Happy
The searchable information and the paid advertisements that Google publishes are two significant revenue sources for the company. Based on this, it also recommends that most publishers opt for a monthly, rather than daily, 10 articles for free limit.

The actor later tweeted a video statement (watch below) of his clarifying that he channels were wrong to suggest that he had made a decision to return his National Awards on the matter. "Electors think they are innocent but in reality, they are ignorant". "They are bigger actors than me". Don't tell me that good days will come. "I am not a fool to give back my National Awards, which have been given to me for my body of work, and which I'm very proud of", he said. Don't tell me that good days will come", Raj said before adding, "I am anxious about the PM's silence. Looks like he plays a double role. We all know what their ideology is.

Raj also spoke at the event and said source of all problems is people's ignorance. Every one of us is an ignorant. Ignorant people pose risk to others due to their innocent mistakes. All this hype saying Prakash Raj is going to reject his National Awards as a protest against the government is something I did not say. Prakash Raj is the latest to make it to the list of those who have questioned the Prime Minister over his "following" list on social media.
