See the First Sign of Kate Middleton's Baby Bump

An aide told reporters, "The Duchess' condition is improving but she is still suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum".

Today, Kate attended a reception in honor of World Mental Health Day with William and Prince Harry at Buckingham Palace.

A slight baby bump could be seen beneath the Temperley dress worn by the Duchess, who is believed to be fewer than 12 weeks pregnant.

As you surely know, the Duchess of Cambridge has recently taken a step back from the spotlight as she's been suffering from severe morning sickness thanks to her third pregnancy.

Early on Tuesday, William and Harry attended a party at St. James's Palace, where they were praised by those in the mental health community for their work to break down stigmas surrounding issues of anxiety, depression and more.

Kensington Palace shared a photo on Twitter of the trio at a reception "to celebrate those working in the mental health sector".

In the clip below, she shares the importance of talking about mental health issues.

William, Kate and Harry have supported the mental health cause with their Heads Together campaign encouraging people to speak out about their psychological problems or be a sympathetic ear for others.

The couple were forced to announce that they were expecting their third child when she had to cancel a public appearance on 4 September due to sickness.

The Duchess has not been seen in public since 30 August, when she joined William and Harry at an event to mark the 20th anniversary of the death of Princess Diana.

Hyperemesis gravidarum can cause severe nausea and vomiting and requires supplementary hydration and nutrients. But thankfully, she's finally well enough to make her first public appearance post-pregnancy announcement. "Things that can't really be seen but that affect us every day, and talking about them can feel hard", she says, introducing a short animated film on the topic for children.
