Charlie Heaton missed 'Stranger Things' party due to alleged drug incident

Actor Charlie Heaton, who plays Will's protective older brother Jonathan, was detained at LAX and denied entry into the US after cocaine was found to be in his possession.

According to an anonymous law enforcement official, Heaton, a British national who plays Jonathan Byers on the show, flew into Los Angeles International Airport last Saturday. They also confirmed that they found traces of cocaine in Heaton's bag and he himself admitted the consumption of drugs to them.

If reports are true, one of the stars of the hit Netflix series Stranger Things could be in some hot water.

Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, and Finn Wolfhard attend the premiere of Netflix's "Stranger Things" Season 2 on October 26, 2017.

It's important to note that Heaton was not arrested after the discovery - apparently, only a very small amount was found, and it likely wasn't worth the trouble.

Tropical Storm Watch Issued For Parts Of Florida
It is now moving north-northeast at roughly 10 miles per hour , with maximum sustained winds of 35 miles per hour . This storm should become better organized and will likely strengthen into Tropical Storm Philippe later today.

Here's something a little odd - Charlie Heaton got kicked out of the USA because he was allegedly caught with cocaine at the airport.

"Foreign nationals may be inadmissible due to the commission of a crime involving drug possession".

The actor was reportedly flying into the States ahead of Netflix's A-list premiere party for his show's second season, which premiered early Friday morning.

Heaton has yet to comment publicly about the incident.
