Gal Gadot Is GQ's 2017 Wonder Woman of the Year

Gal Gadot will only be 'Wonder Woman' again if Brett Ratner is out

To drive home the point, Gadot made a decision to pull out of a dinner last month, during which she was expected to present an award to Ratner for his achievements in film.

Ratner helped produce the DC movie as part of a co-financing deal with Warner Bros. through his production company RatPac-Dune Entertainment. Because a little movie called Star Wars: Episode IX moved from its May 2019 release slot to December 20, 2019 when J.J. Abrams took over, which wouldn't give the Wonder Woman follow-up the chance to breathe.

Warner Bros. said the story about Gal Gadot not returning as Wonder Woman if Brett Ratner is involved was 'false'.

The source then added of the Israeli-born Gadot saying, "She's tough and stands by her principles".

Her warning is a serious one hitting Warner Bros where it hurts, their wallets.

As the insider further explained, Gadot knew the distributor would side with her on this issue.

You don't have to agree with everything said about you, but you can't really quarrel with the cumulative thing". She was eventually hired by Fox to develop her own talk show and eventually became a regular on Fox & Friends.

Earlier this month, Gadot posted on Instagram: "Bullying and sexual harassment is unacceptable!" Wonder Women director Patty Jenkins took Gadot's place and presented the award to the embattled producer.

Soon after the sexual harassment news came out, Warner Bros. announced that they were severing all ties with the man.

And you would think Warner Bros. isn't going to renew its deal with the company - at least if Ratner is still with it.

FYI, this man was recently accused of sexual misconduct by multiple women, including actresses Ellen Page, Olivia Munn and Natasha Henstridge.

But it's good to know that Gadot won't stand for Ratner taking what isn't his, building settlements in the psyches of women, treating them like second-class citizens and slandering or outright attacking them if they dare to stand up for themselves. I stand by all the courageous women confronting their fears and speaking out. Gadot's performance as the earnest, buoyant Diana Prince, a.k.a.

Wonder Woman is one of the year's biggest blockbuster hits, earning plaudits from critics and moviegoers alike.
