Wrestler John Cena sued for flipping his Ford GT

Applauded The crowd erupted in loud cheers and clapping as a tearful Nikki accepted his proposal

WWE star John Cena is being sued by Ford after selling £370,000 GT supercar for huge profit before a strict contract allowed.

The WWE superstar sold the vehicle as a way to get cash to take care of expenses, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit claims that Cena was "selected from thousands of applicants for the opportunity to purchase the Ford GT".

On Nov. 3, Ford offered to buy back the Liquid Blue GT for the purchase price and said "they could discuss how to address the profit he received from the unauthorized resale".

According to court documents, Cena had the GT delivered on September 23, 2017, and by October 20 he had already sold it.

The resale of his vehicle was apparently "unauthorized" and caused "loss of brand value, ambassador activity, and customer goodwill due to the improper sale".

Voyager 1 fires its thrusters for first time since 1980
For auto read Voyager 1, and for engine read a set of four trajectory thrusters, and that's exactly what NASA boffins have done. But these attitude control thrusters have been degrading over time, requiring more and more energy each time they've been used.

The complaint filed in the United States said: "Mr. Cena has unfairly made a large profit from the unauthorised resale flip of the vehicle". Ford clearly wanted its GT owners to continue to be seen driving the GT for a while to positively represent its brand.

By signing this Order Confirmation Form you are verifying the following:. When the automaker told him he had violated the agreement, he allegedly texted the company saying: "I completely understand and as stated am willing to work with you and Ford to make it right".

According to Ford, Cena told them that he sold the auto along with several other possessions "in order to pay bills".

Court papers in defense of Mr. Cena say he sold the 2017 vehicle - and other property - to pay bills.

The full lawsuit complete with the contracts Cena signed that Ford entered as evidence for their claim is below.
