Billy Bush Confirms "Yes, Donald Trump, You Really Said That"

Billy Bush to Trump ‘Enough’s enough

Billy Bush may have gone on CBS' Late Show With Stephen Colbert to combat President Trump's recent denial of the Access Hollywood tapes, but eventually, the conversation shifted to his former Today co-host. For almost 13 minutes, Bush spoke with Stephen Colbert about the entire ordeal. "I said, 'I appreciated it, ' and accepted it and thanked him".

"Last week for some reason came out with "that's not my voice on the tape"-you can't do that. Because I was there, and the last 14 months of my life I have been dealing with it", Bush said". He called out the "irony" of being fired from his job over the incident, while Trump went on become president of the United States.

Billy Bush ripped President Donald Trump for trying to deny he was on the 2005 hot mic conversation bragging about sexually assaulting women. "Twenty women don't get together and say, 'You know what would be really fun?" "Like I said, you can't say that. Enough's enough ... stop playing around with people's lives".

Colbert's crew rolled a portion of the 2005 Access Hollywood tape, and Bush told the audience the first time he heard the video was three days before it leaked.

Bush said that it took some time after his departure before he began reading the accounts of the women who had publicly leveled allegations against Trump. The second way Bush attempted to justify his own behavior in that appalling mess was to go on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and submit to a grilling by the host, who called Bush's bus behavior "boorish and callow".

"He was just regaling the seven guys on there and doing his bit", he said. He actually doesn't do those things.' If I had thought there was a man detailing a sexual assault strategy to me, I would've called the Federal Bureau of Investigation, not just reported it to my executive producer. Bush reiterated Monday what he wrote in a Sunday night New York Times op-ed piece - that it was in fact Trump's voice in the tape. "If I had thought there was a man detailing a sexual assault strategy to me, I would have called the Federal Bureau of Investigation, not just reported it to my executive producer", he said.

Trump defends scaling back Utah monuments
Prior to joining the U's political science department, Tim worked for former Salt Lake City Mayor Ted Wilson and former Utah Gov. The President's move was met with protests in Utah and in San Francisco by environmentalists and some Native Americans.

"It was a hard time ... it was very hot emotionally in the country".

"Matt Lauer controlled that show".

"We had a conversation about that and I was told, he told me, that he went privately to the bosses and took that line", Bush recalled. To get access to and coax trust from a famous person, it is routine to think it's necessary to smile and nod at opinions with which one might ordinarily disagree; "establishing a strong rapport with celebrities", is how Bush phrases it generously for himself. Night after night, you can look below the surface of his Trump ridicule and see it plainly: He just wishes he didn't have to talk about Trump anymore, ever.

Man, oh man. Regardless, the main thing Billy's learned from this whole experience is that "women must be believed". "I'm anxious that the dialogue isn't going to be around, because we get on to the next thing, we get on to our phones, the next outrage comes". "I hope it reaches all the guys on the bus".

"The bus ride was the tip of the iceberg", Bush said.
