Shah Rukh Khan and Ranveer's films to not clash, Temper's release postponed

News at a glance

However, it was a joint effort of Rohit Shetty and Ranveer Singh to bring Karan Johar as a producer for the film which has been titled as Simmba. Rohit Shetty who is popular for making action movies, had acquired the Hindi remake rights of the movie and Padmavati star Ranveer Singh will reprise the role of Tarak in the Hindi version.

It is likely that the actor-director duo will set our scenes on fires with their energy and full-of-life personas.

A source told BollywoodLife, -Rohit Shetty wanted to release Simmba on December 21, 2018. He captioned it, "SANGRAM BHALERAO aka #Simmba!"

General Motors app lets you order food, shop from auto
Customers will not be charged for the service or the costs of transmitting data, they said. The number is expected to reach 4 million vehicles in 2018.

"Simmba" is inspired from the Jr NTR starrer Telugu hit "Temper", but Rohit had clarified that it won't be an exact copy, though he has bought the rights. "The heroine of the film is not yet finalised, we will start working on it after Diwali", said Shetty in an earlier interview, according to a DNA report. From the look of the poster, the movie might promise laughter filled few hours!

While Shetty is riding high on the success of his recent, Golmaal Returns, Singh is now awaiting the release of the controversial Sanjay Leela Bhansali period epic, Padmavati.

But when he realised that Shah Rukh Khanâ??s Aanand L Rai film had already booked the slot, he chose to push his movie by a week. Both Karan and Rohit are also close to Shah Rukh, so they did not want to get into any box office battle for screens with the superstar. Ranveer Singh took to his social media account and made the announcement about the project and dropped the first look.
