Director Bryan Singer sued for alleged rape of minor

Director Bryan Singer attends the premiere

According to the suit, the owner of the yacht where the alleged assault took place was Lester Waters, a Silicon Valley investor "who frequently hosted parties for young gay males in the Seattle area".

Sanchez-Guzman said the director lured him into a room, where he was forced to perform oral and anal sex with Singer. "Bryan Singer then forced Cesar to the floor, shoved Cesar's face against his crotch area and demanded Cesar perform oral sex on him".

Afterward, the suit claims, Singer contacted Sanchez-Guzman to dangle the promise of a Hollywood career in exchange for his silence.

Just hours after his removal from the film was announced, Singer released a statement claiming that 20th Century Fox had refused to allow him time off to return to the United States to care for one of his unwell parents.

The document said, Guzman "pleaded with (Singer) to stop" when Singer forced himself on Guzman throughout the incident. Bryan Singer then forcibly anally penetrated Cesar.

Later, the director allegedly told Guzman that he was a "producer in Hollywood and that he could help Cesar get into acting as long as Cesar never said anything about the incident".

Sanchez Guzman - who is suing for unspecified damages - says the reported incident caused him psychological distress.

Google says that the feature is initially being piloted on mobile with a handful of celebrities for now. Ferrell himself will now provide the answer via a selfie video, all within Google Search.

His rep said in a statement to People magazine, "Bryan categorically denies these allegations and will vehemently defend this lawsuit to the very end".

According to the lawsuit, Singer threatened to ruin Guzman's reputation if he came forward with his allegation.

The accusation against Singer is one of a number against prominent American men in politics, media and entertainment who have been accused in recent months of sexual harassment and misconduct.

Director Bryan Singer has been sued for allegedly sexually assaulting a 17-year-old boy more than a decade ago, ABC News has learned. The representative added that other defendants in that case later sued Herman for malicious prosecution, and that those charges were eventually settled.

It comes in the same week Singer was sacked as director from upcoming Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody. After he was sacked, Singer said he was unable to make it to the set because he was caring for an ailing parent.

The alleged victim is represented by Miami attorney Jeffrey Herman, who represented another man a 2014 lawsuit against Singer, television producer Garth Ancier and former Disney executive David Neuman.
