'Mummy, what's felching?' Tot gets smut served by Android app

Google Duo update allows you to call people without the app installed

The malware, dubbed AdultSwine, displayed pornographic images that looked like ads but were actually created to prompt users to download fake security software and, getting users to click on links they then have to pay for.

Google has removed 60 Android games after security firm Check Point said it had discovered new malicious software in the apps available to both children and adults at Google's Play Store.

An individual or group of hackers created these malicious games under fake publisher names to distribute their malware and make money off the scheme, Check Point researcher Daniel Padon told CNN Tech.

Dubbed "AdultSwine", the malware hides inside game apps that Google Play data says have been downloaded 3 to 7 million times, Check Point said in blog post on Friday.

The games included "Paw Puppy Run Subway Surf", "Shin Hero Boy Adventure Game, ' 'Drawing Lessons Lego Ninjago, ' and 'Addon Sponge Bob for MCPE".

Donald Trump DID Call Countries 'Shitholes' & His Racism Hurts All Of Us
And with his use of derisive language at the Thursday meeting, it's an open question whether the compromise can be resuscitated. Trump is claimed to have questioned why the U.S. was would accept more immigrants from Haiti and "sh**hole" countries.

A security system called Google Play Protect is supposed to defend customers using Google's Android operating system from malicious codes by scanning apps for malware.

Google Play, formerly known as the Android Market, is the official app store for Android smartphones and tablets. "I did and my son opened it and a bunch off thilthy [sic] hardcore porn pictures popped up".

Check Point says the "malicious code's own ad library... contains ads of an offensive nature, including pornographic ads". It can throw up a fake virus warning screen and get the user to download cleaning software that would more effectively pwn the phone, trick people into sending premium SMS messages with the offer to win a prize or just throw up websites aimed at the amateur gynecologist. In December, YouTube said that Google was planning to increase the number of staff reviewing videos to more than 10,000. The malware then uses the number to register for premium services. "We appreciate Check Point's work to help keep users safe", said the spokesperson.

The company clarified that the inappropriate ads within the apps were not Google ads. "Indeed, these plots continue to be effective even today, especially when they originate in apps downloaded from trusted sources such as Google Play".
