U.S. can not undermine Iran nuclear deal: Rouhani

Zarif discussed Yemen and Bahrain Issues with British counterpart

On Friday, Trump said he would waive nuclear sanctions against Tehran for the last time to give the USA and European allies a chance to fix the "terrible flaws" of the nuclear deal signed by the previous administration in 2015.

Iran says its nuclear program is only for peaceful purposes and that it will stick to the accord as long as the other signatories respect it but will "shred" the deal if Washington pulls out.

The US Treasury on Friday announced sanctions on 14 Iranian individuals and entities, including the head of Iran's judiciary, Sadeq Larijani, for human rights abuses and supporting Tehran's ballistic missile programme.

Trump also warned in his statement that the waiver signed on Friday, which must be issued every 120 days to keep sanctions from kicking back in, will be the last one he issues.

Whether or not he made a decision to listen to European Union or not he decided last Friday to continue to respect the deal that he has described as one of the worst deals and to continue to suspend the sanctions.

Facebook Shares Plummet After News Feed Announcement
Doing so seems like a strategic move at a time when Facebook has come under intense scrutiny for its power as a media hub. But that's all about to change, as Facebook has announced that there are big adjustments coming to its News Feed.

Iran has said it will not accept any changes to the terms of the 2015 nuclear deal, which eased sanctions on the country in exchange for Tehran halting uranium enrichment. Reluctantly, they are deciding that Trump is the great destabiliser and a far more potent threat to the worldwide order than any danger posed by Iran.

"I have outlined two possible paths forward: either fix the deal's disastrous flaws, or the United States will withdraw", Trump said.

The ministry said targeting Larijani was both illegal and a "hostile action" that had "crossed all red lines of conduct in the global community". I hereby call on key European countries to join with the United States in fixing significant flaws in the deal, countering Iranian aggression, and supporting the Iranian people. Terms have already been agreed to, so he can not unilaterally change them.

Trump said he would work with European allies to remove so-called sunset clauses that allow Iran to gradually resume advanced nuclear activities in the next decade. "No one should doubt my word", Trump stated.

Meanwhile, the semiofficial Iranian Labor News Agency reported that the ban on a popular messaging app has been lifted, weeks after the fatal protests waned. Lavrov said the Iranians can't be held to their obligations if you're not going to do the same with the North Koreans.
