The black unemployment rate spiked in January, muddling Trump's message

As he sees it, not screwing up economic policies that improved unemployment numbers for African-Americans was not enough to make up for the lack of respect coming from the President of the United States, who has made a number of comments that were not well-regarded by said community, with examples ranging from what he has said about black communities to black National Football League players.

It's not as if black unemployment was 18 percent under Barack Obama and, as soon as Trump took office, it plummeted.

The unemployment rate for African-Americans dropped to 6.8 percent in December, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, which stands as the lowest rate since the government started tracking it in 1972.

Trump's State of the Union address was not the first time he touted the low African-American unemployment rate. Democrats shut the door on Trump's offer to amnesty 1.8 million illegals in exchange for border security, because keeping the borders open and hatred of Trump are more important to Democrats than the actual DACA "dreamers" whom they claim to care about.

President Donald Trump has taken credit for low African American unemployment in the United States - even though the rate declined most significantly under former President Barack Obama's administration.

Richmond said that every action taken by President Trump, since his election, has been destructive for poor, working-class, and middle-class communities throughout the country, as well as communities of color.

Under his policies, he boasted, black and Hispanic unemployment are record lows. The 0.9 percentage-point rise was the most since June 2012.

South Africa gold mine loses power, 1000 workers stuck underground
Sibanye Gold Beatrix mine , which is about 30km away from Welkom, is located on the R30 road through Theunissen in the Free State. According to local news channel eNCA , the mine had generators but there were fears they might trip while bringing the miners up.

What Trump conspicuously did not include in the tweet was the spike in black unemployment. What the images showed was that the Democrats' hatred of Trump overwhelmed the most patriotic instinct - to care for the people who risk their lives to care for us.

"We thought that it was necessary for us to demonstrate, as members of the Congress, our displeasure with the president", Clyburn said.

Coal workers also supported Trump because he made them believe that he was going to save their jobs.

Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas) invoked that Trump was "missing the whole point".

Trump used this event to warn of the dangers of immigrants entering the country, clearly playing to xenophobic fears and ignoring America's history as an immigrant nation.

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders echoed the president's words on Wednesday when she called out Democrats, and Pelosi specifically, for not looking enthusiastic enough during the speech. He responded, "To tell you the truth, probably nothing-probably nothing, just like Donald Trump has done nothing".
