I have always wanted to play for Liverpool, says Mohamed Salah

Yerry Mina could make his Barcelona debut a month after his transfer from Palmeiras

Liverpool star Mohamed Salah has admitted he still has "a good relationship" with former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho.

That includes the likes of Tottenham, who were at Salah's mercy during their 2-2 draw at Anfield on Sunday.

Although he was hardly in poor form during his two-year stint in Serie A, his displays since arriving on Merseyside - where he's arguably been the Premier League's best player - have been a far cry from his time with Chelsea, where he struggled for first team appearances.

Had it not been for Kevin De Bruyne's supreme form with Manchester City, the runaway leaders, bookies would nearly certainly have stopped taking bets on Salah.

"They're going to keep monitoring him and see if he keeps doing it till the end of the season, and if he does well in the World Cup, do they put in a massive world breaking bid in the summer transfer window?"

Kristaps Porzingis' season over as Knicks suffer Bucks rout
Recent recoveries from ACL surgeries have varied but could take anywhere from seven months to more than a year. "It's not going to deter us from what we've been trying to accomplish since we got here", Perry said.

The 25-year-old has found the net 28 times in games across all competitions, but his rise to stardom has reportedly caught the attention of Liverpool's rivals.

He said: "Come on, I know I'm good!"

'Three years ago I didn't play much, but since day one back in England I wanted to show what I can do.

"Salah is on top form, he is strong and fast I'm sure he will score more goals and break more records in the English Premier League".

However, it's Liverpool who've benefited hugely from the situation, and if they qualify for the Champions League again this season, it's safe to say Salah has done the majority of the work for them.
