Missing CDC worker passed up for promotion before disappearance, police say

Timothy Cunningham

Cunningham was last seen at work on February 12, the Atlanta Police Department said, adding they have received multiple tips and are investigating the case.

So far, police have found no evidence of foul play.

"As of now we have discovered no proof of unfairness", Hannah said.

The Harvard-educated epidemiologist was promoted in July at the US Public Health Service in Atlanta and contributed to responses to outbreaks of Zika, Ebola and health emergencies caused by Hurricane Sandy.

They said he called his mother, who missed the call, and didn't leave a voicemail.

The missing man's father, Terrell Cunningham, told WSB-TV that his son graduated from Morehouse and got a master's degree and doctorate from Harvard University. Cunningham is a commander at the CDC and was once named to the Atlanta Business Chronicle's 40 under 40. "We really need him back to complete our circle", his mother said.

A $10,000 reward has been offered for anyone with information.

The New York Times said Cunningham's parents drove all night from their home in Waldorf, Maryland to Atlanta, and arrived on the morning of February 14 and reported him missing that day. "Everything seemed to be going very, very well for him - and then for him to disappear, it just doesn't add up", she said.

Trump said past year that the world's largest economy is "working on [a] major Trade Deal with the United Kingdom" after Brexit. Mr Corbyn has insisted Britain be able to negotiate with third party countries alongside the European Union under his plan.

Cunningham's mother and sister live in a different state.

His mother said she received a text message early morning of February 12. that read: "Are you awake?"

The study was connected to a 1996 ban by the NRA against the CDC examining gun violence as a crisis, according to social media users who pointed out that Cunningham's freakish disappearance happened after this controversial publication.

The Atlanta Police Department told The Washington Post yesterday (Feb. 25) that it had yet to find Timothy Cunningham and was depending on the public for leads.

When they arrived at their son's house after he went missing, the parents said, they knew that something was wrong because he had left his Tibetan spaniel unattended.

All of this information was allegedly given to media outlet YourNewsWire by Cunningham and he asked the outlet to release the information if he went missing or mysteriously died. Cunningham's dog, Mr. Bojangles, was also in the home left unattended, and his auto was parked in the garage.

"He told my husband to tell his wife-me-to erase his cellphone number from my cellphone", Viviana Tory told CBS News. "I often say, 'Lord, you have put me in this position".
