Miley Cyrus sued for stealing lyrics

Cyrus and Robin Thicke perform a medley of

Things no run we", while Miley sings, "We run things.

The most recent example reportedly involves Miley Cyrus and her 2013 song "We Can't Stop" - specifically the lyrics "We run things / Things don't run we". His song contains the lyrics "We run things / Things no run we" and Cyrus' song contains the lyrics "And we can't stop / We run things, things don't run we / Don't take nothing from nobody".

Michael May said about 50 percent of Cyrus' 2013 hit came from his 1988 song "We Run Things", Reuters reported. The lawsuit, which seeks $300 million in damages, also names RCA Records, which is a Sony label, and Mike WiLL Made-It, who produced and co-wrote "We Can't Stop".

Zayn Malik, Gigi Hadid confirm breakup
Gigi shared a separate statement saying she was "forever grateful for the love, time and life lessons" she and Zayn enjoyed. Zayn was previously engaged to Little Mix popstar Perrie Edwards . "I'll be Right here", she wrote in the caption.

Now: "We Run Things", which is a great song, sounds absolutely nothing like "We Can't Stop", which is not. It served as the lead single off Cyrus' fourth studio album "Bangerz", which debuted atop Billboard 200.

"We Run Things" reached number one in Jamaica and May says it has been "a favourite for lovers of reggae music worldwide" since. For those who believe she was unfairly crucified for the song or the song's performance, they should pay close attention to this legal case, in which her desecration of low culture goes on without a hitch.

Listen to Cyrus' song below and see whether you hear the alleged similarities to Flourgon's song (shared above). You can listen to both songs below and judge for yourself if they have enough similarities to win this huge lawsuit.
