Channel 10 TV and other media said Friday's incident appeared to be an intentional attack.

A Palestinian driver hit four Israeli men with his vehicle Friday afternoon, killing two of them and seriously injuring the others, outside the Mevo Dotan settlement in the northern West Bank.

Two IDF soldiers were lightly injured by stones thrown by protesters, one soldier was hurt near Tul Karem and evacuated to Meir hospital in Kfar Saba, another soldier was injured near the Yitzhar settlement near Nablus.

Israel's security service identified the suspect as Alaa Kaha from a village near Jenin. The Israeli military said in a preliminary report that the incident appeared to have been a car-ramming.

The assault happened amid Friday's riots by hundreds of Palestinians to mark 100 days (so-called "100 days of rage") since US President Donald Trump announced the decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

Israeli media reported two people were killed and three injured in what they described as a suspected auto ramming near the Palestinian city of Jenin in the northern West Bank.

More than 30 Palestinians and four Israelis have been killed in violence since Mr Trump's declaration, AFP reported.
