This man is officially dead in Romania, despite his protests

Constantin Reliu

Variouslocalmedia report that 63-year-old Constantin Reliu can not be declared alive because he appealed against his certified death too late. Trump's lawyers kept him calm a year ago by saying the investigation was wrapping up, she said, but it's clear now that it isn't, and "the longer this goes, the more you are going to see the president frustrated by it".

Turkish authorities located Reliu this year with expired papers and deported him.

After waiting years without hearing from her husband, Mr. Reliu's wife applied for his death certificate from Romanian authorities.

The court told him he can no longer challenge the death certificate because he had been barred by the statute of limitation, according to the UK Guardian which cited Romanian media.

The court rejected Constantin Reliu's claim that he is alive, after he was officially registered as dead.

He appealed in court but it was determined he was too late.

Michael Crabtree agrees to three-year deal with Ravens
Though Grant never missed a game in his four years with the Redskins, Newsome said the physical found an issue with his ankle. Former Raiders' WR Michael Crabtree reached agreement on a three-year deal with the Baltimore Ravens , per source.

He planned to renew his passport in Romania and return to Turkey, but Romanian immigration declined to issue him new travel documents because he had been considered dead since 2003. "I have no income and because I am listed dead, I can't do anything". Reliu worked as a cook during his time in Turkey. The appeal is now final.

He explained that he went off to work in Turkey in 1992 and returned in 1995 to the first big shock of his marriage, his wife's infidelity.

Constantin has faced a major setback on Thursday (March 15) when a courthouse in the North-Eastern city of Vaslui refused to overturn his death certificate because his request was filed "too late". It is thought that he could get the decision annulled, provided that he applies at the same court in which he was declared dead.

Further, an emotional Reliu told the news publication that because of what happened to him, he feels a strong urge to revenge against his wife who is now living in Italy.

Constantin Reliu wants to file a new lawsuit but he does not have money to do so. His lot is limbo, it appears: banned for life from Turkey, banned from life in Romania, he can't make a living anywhere.
