Baig was killed on the spot and Ahmed was seriously injured and admitted to a hospital when, apparently, Col Joseph Emanuel jumped the traffic at the Daman-e-Koh traffic signal on Khayaban-e-Iqbal of Islamabad at around midday on Saturday.
