Third Advisor Leaves National Security Council

White House homeland security adviser Tom Bossert is leaving President Donald Trump's administration, joining a growing list of officials who have been fired or quit in recent months.

Army Maj. Gen. Rick Waddell was a key lieutenant to former national security adviser H.R. McMaster, who departed the White House last week.

Nadia Schadlow, the U.S. deputy national security adviser for strategy, has resigned and will leave her position at the end of the month, multiple administration officials told CNN.

Nadia Schadlow tendered her resignation in a letter Tuesday.

The National Security Council is expected to see more changes in the coming weeks under Bolton's leadership, according to reports.

Wells Fargo quarterly profit rises 6 percent
Following the completion of the purchase, the director now owns 81 shares in the company, valued at approximately $4,534.38. Wells estimates restrictions on balance sheet growth will cut annual profit by US$300 million to US$400 million this year.

Dr. Waddell will stay on board for the immediate future to help ensure a smooth and orderly transition.

Bolton is reportedly considering merging the NSC and Homeland Security Council within the White House, a national security source told Fox News.

She was tapped in January to take over for Dina Powell, who chose to step down previous year as Deputy National Security Adviser. Dr. Nadia Schadlow, who now serves as the Deputy National Security Adviser, handed in her resignation and is expected to serve only until the end of this month.

His most public role came during last summer's hurricane season, when he often appeared in the White House briefing room and on TV.

His departure comes after a list of others among Cabinet officials and top West Wing aides, most recently the firing of Veterans' Affairs chief David Shulkin and the resignation of Hope Hicks as communications director. "We wish Nadia and her family the best", said Raj Shah, who is the White House spokesperson, in an official statement.
