She was asked to hand over her phone, and the party moved to Brown's residence, where the artist allegedly waved a gun in the air and passed out cocaine, marijuana, and ecstasy to the women guests.

An unnamed Jane Doe filed a civil lawsuit Wednesday in Los Angeles, suing singer Chris Brown and friend, Lowell Grissom, Jr., alleging that Grissom raped her at Brown's home in February 2017. Allred said that the singer may have pushed a sofa in front of the bedroom door so that the woman was unable to escape. Doe X then allegedly forced Doe to give her oral sex.

Doe only discovered the woman was on her period when she went to the bathroom and saw blood all over her face.

Doe chose to take a shower for health reasons, at which point Grissom allegedly entered the bathroom and molested her again. The woman says she went to a rape treatment center and reported it to police following the alleged incident.

Jane Doe has hired high-powered civil rights lawyer Gloria Allred to represent her in the case. According to a new lawsuit, a woman claims she was raped at a party at Chris Brown's house, including by a woman who menstruated on her face. The first invitation was to a recording studio, where Doe was forced to relinquish her cellphone, according to the filing. When she arrived there, her phone was allegedly taken from her because Brown did not want any phones in the studio.

Man City earn record-breaking farewell for Yaya
City boss Guardiola said: "97 points, a lot of goals, a lot of wins - that's a outcome of the season we have done. The midfielder has won seven trophies during his time at the club, including three Premier League titles.

At that point, the female friend forced the women to hook up with Brown and another man, Lowell Grissom, it has been alleged.

The lawsuit further claims Doe, along with other female guests, were imprisoned in one of Brown's bedrooms, which was barricaded by a couch, and forced to take off their clothes and engage in sexual acts. It does not name Brown as partaking in the alleged sexual assault, but says he furnished drugs to his guests. Later he raped her again against a washing machine.

Allred confirmed that the case is still open and presumably being investigated by the LAPD and the District Attorney's Office, though no charges have been filed against either Brown or Young Lo.

Allred, who would not describe the graphic sexual assault in detail today because of its brutality, said her client has been "severely traumatized".

A representative for Brown did not return a request for comment.

Once at the house the plaintiff says she became really uncomfortable, claiming that everyone - including a large number of women- was drinking and doing drugs and that there were numerous guns visible.
