Was Rapper TI Wrongfully Arrested Outside His Atlanta Home?

We're told T.I. plans on pursuing legal action against his HOA for the incident with the guard.

Rapper T.I. was arrested Wednesday on multiple charges outside the gated community where he lives in Henry County, Georgia, near Atlanta. The Atlanta rapper noticed that the guard was sleeping on the job and attempted to wake him up to let him inside, AJC reported.

T.I. and Tiny Harris are furious over his arrest outside their gated community after a verbal spat with a security guard.

Dude didn't have his key on him and argued with the security guard when he wasn't let in.

Officers reviewed the country club's surveillance video, according to the report, which showed Harris sanding at the guard shack window, leaning inside and yelling at Officer James, repeatedly asking him his name.

Sadow says T.I. contacted his wife Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, who confirmed her husband should be allowed inside the community. The rapper was later released on bail.

According to the rapper, everything started when he got argument with a security guard outside his gated community. "The guard continued to refuse entry without justification". He says the guard eventually called the police, but says the law enforcement near his home are "white cops in a very white area", and he was promptly arrested. Sadow also said the police weren't interested in hearing his client's side of the story when they arrived on the scene and "wrongfully chose to end the situation by arresting" him.
