Leaked image indicates Assassin's Creed: Odyssey will be set in ancient Greece

Jeux Video claims it received the image of the key chain from a source that says Odyssey will follow Bayek, hero in Assassin's Creed: Origins, as he travels to ancient Greece - although that is unconfirmed.

It's strictly a rumor at this point, but two consecutive, consistent reports-not to mention the fact that ancient Greece is obviously fertile soil for an Assassin's Creed game-makes it a reasonably solid one.

There's no word on release date, though given Origins was also revealed at E3 in June before a release in late October, it's possible Odyssey might hit that target as well.

The leak seems to have also been confirmed by Kotaku, which also received a similar picture from an insider. Ubisoft then later tweeted out a short, short teaser confirming the title, and asking fans to wait for more from E3.

Citing poor treatment, Trump will pardon conservative commentator Dinesh D'Souza
And MSNBC host Chris Hayes pointed out D'Souza parrots the same "vile, antisemitic" rhetoric as former ABC star Roseanne Barr. In addition to the five people pardoned, Trump has granted one commutation since taking office, NPR's Rascoe has reported .

The site's sources seemingly have confirmed that Odyssey will be bringing in dialogue options for the first time ever, not unlike the Mass Effect series from BioWare. The report is unclear on if this means custom characters (unlikely), or if the male and female are presets like Jacob and Evie from Syndicate.

This is a pretty plausible direction for Assassin's Creed after taking us to Egypt's Greco-Roman era in Assassin's Creed Origins, and lines up with rumours we heard from around this time previous year.

The next entry in the massively popular Assassin's Creed franchise has been revealed by Ubisoft: it's called Assassin's Creed Odyssey.

The game is slated to release sometime during Ubisoft's 2019 fiscal year.
