Leaks Show Dark Mode, Apple News App in macOS 10.14

Apple might introduce Dark Mode for macOS at WWDC later tonight

Just a few short days before Apple's Worldwide Developer's Conference (WWDC) kicks off on June 4, an apparent leaks points to some incoming MacOS updates.

The video begins with Apple's servers and is for its personal Xcode development device, everything presented is quite real. But there has been speculation that there could be some integration between Mac ans iOS apps.

WWDC is in full swing and Apple has already made a number of interesting announcements, including some welcome performance changes to iOS 12.

Besides these Troughton-Smith‏ has noticed and pointed out that there is an Apple-News app icon that can be seen in the video, visible in the dock. He shared some screenshots of the new Xcode 10 running on macOS 10.14 in dark mode.

Merkel's plans for the European Union : joint military force, common migrant asylum standards
More work still needs to be done for an "ambitious agreement on the monetary union", the source said. This story has not been edited by Firstpost staff and is generated by auto-feed.

The video alone is enough to possibly confirm the news that the Mac App Store will be redesigned on macOS 10.14. Also, dark modes tend to be "dark", and not black. It will more almost match the App Store on iOS 11 and be extending the preview videos like this one for apps.

Further, it is expected that the dark mode will please a large number of users as the dark theme that is available now for the macOS only makes changes in the appearance of the menu bar and dock. The Xcode storyboard window includes UI to let developers quickly switch between light and dark appearances. Beyond that, Apple also unveiled some pretty cool advancements with its AR technology, Siri and iOS' Photos app. WWDC, though, isn't exclusively an iOS affair.

The new dark mode is a ideal fit for the dark grey iMac Pro. Two years ago, the company dropped the "X" from its computer software, instead making it the cleaner "Mac OS". There's also a glimpse at the new stock wallpaper which looks a lot like Mojave possibly hinting at the name of macOS 10.14 as well.

Big thanks to Steve Troughton-Smith for this great find!
