Iran Could Unleash New Refugee Wave, Netanyahu Tells Merkel

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu embarks Monday on a three-day European tour in Germany set to be dominated by strategic differences on Iran, as leaders attempt to rescue the nuclear deal after U.S. withdrawal.

Netanyahu met with German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Monday, his first stop in trying to convince also France and Britain to withdraw.

"Our stance against Israel is the same stance we have always taken".

Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei again said this was non-negotiable. The quote is from several years ago.

He said, "We think that it's important, as Chancellor Merkel has said, that the IAEA investigates Iran based on this new information, a lot of new information that Israel has now provided the IAEA as well".

Hosting her Israeli counterpart in Berlin, Merkel said Germany supported Israel's right to security, but resisted Netanyahu's insistence that tearing up the non-proliferation deal was the best way to achieve this.

The other co-signers of the nuclear agreement met last month in Vienna, reaffirming their commitment to it.

Netanyahu will meet French President Emmanuel Macron on Tuesday and British Prime Minister Theresa May on Wednesday.

Senate panel to ask Facebook about data access report
Facebook told Cicilline in a response to his tweet that the New York Times story was "wrong about user controls". In other words, they don't need to ask for additional consent from users just as Facebook doesn't need to.

Khamenei has dismissed these suggestions, and laid out Iran's demands for staying in the deal.

"The enemy must know, if they strike us just once, we will strike back 10 times fold!"

Asked about the presentation that the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made in April on Iran's nuclear programme, Amano said that the agency had "carefully" watched Netanyahu's press conference on the topic and had "an initial exchange of views as a follow-up".

The supreme leader also reiterated his support for the country's ballistic missile program.

Whilst the two leaders appeared to see eye-to-eye on matters related to Israel's security concerns and the danger of Iranian influence, the nuclear deal remained a matter of discord.

At the same news conference, Wang launched an unvarnished attack on United States reliability in global affairs under Trump.

He said it would inform the IAEA that "Iran will announce that the process of increasing the capacity to produce UF6 (uranium hexafluoride) will start on Tuesday". I am telling the Europeans: "Limiting our missile development is a dream that will never come true", Khamenei said, in a televised speech at a large gathering to mark the 29th anniversary of the death of 1979 Iranian Revolution leader, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini.
