The new Gmail will roll out to all users next month

Portable Device Applications

Until now, consumer Gmail users have had the option to "Try the new Gmail", while G Suite admins have been able to let parts or all of an organization try it through Google's Early Adopter Program.

GOOGLE HAS confirmed it is to begin the process of moving users over the "new Gmail" redesign starting next month.

Google hasn't yet announced when individual users will have to change their inboxes, but at a press conference in April the company said it's planning the same kind of gradual roll-out for everyone.

The new Gmail, perhaps most notably, features confidential mode, which lets you set an expiration date on your email, so it disappears after a certain amount of time and the recipient sees an "email has expired" message instead. Just head to Gmail.com, tap on Settings in the top-right corner (the gear icon), and the very first option should be "Try the new Gmail". In a recent blog post, the company revealed that everyone will get the new Material Design look in July.

White House says 'powerful' sanctions to remain on North Korea
With the North-U.S. summit one week away, Kim's activities are being closely monitored. Trump met with a top North Korean official at the White House to plan for the summit.

From there, gradually all G Suite users will be transitioned to the new Gmail across two phases. And by October 2018, new Gmail will be the law of the land, with no option to opt-out. The opt-out will also no longer be available to users who've moved to the new Gmail already.

Google's Gmail update was focused on AI-powered productivity improvements, such as suggested replies, as well as collaboration, and security.

Spam appears in users' sent folders even from accounts that haven't been compromised. It plans to have everyone using the new design within a few months. The page will immediately reload, and you'll be able to take the Gmail redesign for a test drive.

Here is what the rollout will look like for G Suite users.
