Angelina Jolie's team responds custody drama, says she's focused 'health' of kids

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie More

According to court documents obtained by people.com, Jolie could be in danger of losing primary custody of the children if she doesn't take steps to improve their relationship with their father.

The papers detail the children's summer visitation with Brad in London and L.A., and say that a psychologist or psychiatrist will be present for the United Kingdom meetings. Brad will see his kids in London for 10 days in early to mid-June, where he can hang with 1 or 2 of 'em at a time for four hours a day.

According to CNN, Angelina Jolie could actually end up loosing custody if she doesn't comply with the court order and figure out a way to co-parent, so that Brad gets time with his children too.

Brad Pitt will have custody of his children this summer after almost two years of fighting estranged wife Angelina Jolie, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned from court documents.

As Radar previously reported, Jolie and Pitt split in September 2016 after an epic fight on an global flight. And, could Angie lose primary custody?

A judge in the couple's ongoing divorce case said the six children "not having a relationship with their father is harmful to them", adding that "it is critical that each of them have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother".

'From the start, Angelina's been focused on their health and needs, which is why it was so important that this last court hearing be conducted privately. That's where the kids can work out whatever issues they have. There are also dates scheduled for the actor to have custody later on in July.

"Angelina has been in London and is free to travel for shorter periods of time", a source told E!. The court outlined the following visitation schedule for Pitt: For nine days, Pitt will meet each child for around four hours in London, with a therapist present.

While the scheduling agreement states that Angelina is not allowed to be present during Brad's time with the kids, a child psychologist has to be.

She is also forbidden from giving out a number to a phone that she secretly monitors.

Jolie and Pitt split in 2016 amid allegations of child abuse against Pitt during an incident aboard a private plane.
