Spider-Man Spinoff Silk In Development At Sony

Kamala Khan joins the Avengers

Tom Holland just found out that his Marvel Cinematic Universe co-star Anthony Mackie hasn't seen Spider-Man: Homecoming and he had the ideal retort. In an Instagram video posted on his account, he apologised to fans for not having any big announcements to make about the superhero sequel, only to flip an iPad with the words "Spider-Man: Far From Home" written on it. The follow-up will feature Tom Holland's Peter Parker in his Junior year at Midtown School of Science and Technology following the events of 2018's Avengers: Infinity War and its summer 2019 sequel, which will also feature Holland as Spider-Man. Catholic priest slaps crying baby during baptism
Finally, the man believed to be the child's father interjects, and removes the child from the situation before the video cuts out. Onlookers, clearly appalled by what they've just seen can be heard saying, "Sir we don't hit him" and "Isn't this forbidden?".

The accidental name slip for the new title was similar to his "accidental" Infinity War poster reveal. Holland and co-star Mark Ruffalo often faced embarrassment when they gave out spoilers during the promotions of Infinity War. "We film in London. And we shoot a lot of films in London but there's another reason we're shooting in London which is, yes, Spidey, of course, will spend some time in NY, but he'll spend some time in other parts of the globe", he concluded.

Jake Gyllenhaal (Nightcrawler, Okja) is set to play supervillain Mysterio in the sequel, with Michael Keaton reprising his role as Adrian Toomes/The Vulture as well, which could potentially mean we're finally getting The Sinister Six onscreen.
