The 56-year-old, who rose to fame in the 1980s TV show Dynasty, is now being held on $20,000 bail (£14,300). Authorities said she was intoxicated.

Now, 'Her family wants nothing more for her than to be checked into a facility until she finally truly is clean and sober'. Even with good conduct credits, she's got the potential of significant custody time.

The incident comes after Locklear was hospitalized last week following an emergency call to the police. "Right now, Heather is sober and she is in therapy".

"Sadly her addiction has made her paranoid and that has been the main cause of her fights with both her family and the law enforcement that has been called to her home", the source continues to claim.
