Picture: InstagramHeather Locklear was arrested in her home under similar circumstances and charged with four misdemeanor counts of battery on an officer. While separating Heather from unnamed members of her family, the alleged assaults occurred. During that process, Locklear allegedly kicked an EMT in the chest, but there was no injury reported.

She was held on $20,000 bail and released from jail earlier this morning.

The 56-year-old, who rose to fame in the 1980s TV show Dynasty, is now being held on $20,000 bail (£14,300). Authorities said she was intoxicated.

Now, 'Her family wants nothing more for her than to be checked into a facility until she finally truly is clean and sober'. Even with good conduct credits, she's got the potential of significant custody time.

The 56-year-old "Melrose Place" actress is accused of battering a deputy while they tried separating her from the people she was arguing with.

Canada to announce marijuana legalization date soon
In the neighboring U.S. , nine states and the District of Columbia have legalised marijuana. Canada has passed a bill to legalise recreational marijuana - the first G7 nation to do so.

This is Heather Locklear's latest mug shot.

"The responding deputy believed it was necessary to separate her from the others", a spokesperson for the police department told Fox News. She seemed out of control again, so they called the police.

So really she could do 5 years here, plus her another 2 years for the charges mentioned above.

The incident comes after Locklear was hospitalized last week following an emergency call to the police. "Right now, Heather is sober and she is in therapy".

"Sadly her addiction has made her paranoid and that has been the main cause of her fights with both her family and the law enforcement that has been called to her home", the source continues to claim.
