In the replies it said it was working to restore service and pointed users to the Xfinity service site for status updates.

Comcast said the two network providers were CenturyLink Inc (CTL.N) and Zayo Group Holdings Inc (ZAYO.N). This is manifesting as problems booting into PlayStation Network or Twitter even if some other websites and services continue to function.

A major outage is affecting Comcast customers nationwide, including the Pittsburgh market.
