North Korea reportedly expands major missile plant

North Korea Has Increased Production of Fuel for Nuclear Weapons Report

Over the weekend, separate reports citing USA officials seemed to confirm what so many experts have long feared - that despite the overtures and sunny proclamations made at the Singapore summit between President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, Pyongyang probably has little interest in dismantling its nuclear program.

The photos, published Monday by the Wall Street Journal, indicate the site underwent a "major expansion" during the weeks leading up to Trump's landmark meeting with Kim Jong Un, between April 27 and June 12, according to researchers from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in California. "I'll likely travel back before too terribly long", the top United States diplomat said recently.

US national security adviser John Bolton said Sunday he believes that most of North Korea's nuclear, chemical and biological weapons programs can be dismantled within a year.

"We have developed a program", Bolton said, "...about really how to dismantle all of their WMD [weapons of mass destruction] and ballistic missile programmes in a year".

NK tensions tend to see flows into yen.

Some North Korea experts, however, have questioned Pyongyang's willingness to make good on Trump's nuclear goals.

"Now, we'll let their actions speak for themselves", he added.

North Korea intends to maintain some of its nuclear stockpile and production facilities while potentially concealing them from the United States, The Washington Post reported Saturday, citing USA officials. They are "only" reports but they are deemed accurate by respected North Korea watchers.

A top United States security adviser has claimed the U.S. has already formulated a plan which would see North Korea's nuclear weapons disposed of within a year.

Germans thank Russian hospitality after World Cup exit
South Korea had entered the day with slim hopes of advancing, but they depended on beating Germany and Sweden losing to Mexico . Granqvist of Sweden made it 2-0 by a spot-kick in the 62nd minute of the match.

Appearing on CNN's State of the Union and Fox News Sunday, Bolton explained that the program would be contingent on North Korea cooperating and disclosing all of its nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons - an enormous if - but that North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un was repeatedly "very emphatic" about wanting to denuclearize at the summit with President Trump last month.

"The sheer number of leaks on nuclear activity makes it look like an authorised attempt to get that intel out into the public sphere", says Mr Abrahamian.

The White House declined to comment on the report.

The flurry of recent reports of North Korea's continued nuclear and military efforts suggest the country is intent on maintaining its nuclear and ballistic capabilities and even to continuing to produce them.

At the same time, Mr. Bolton and other officials say they're well aware that, in the past, North Korea has used the pretext of negotiations to continue on with its nuclear programs in secret.

"Commercial satellite imagery from June 21 indicates that improvements to the infrastructure at..."

A source familiar with China-North Korea relations explained that such a request for security carries the implication that "China will clearly support and defend the regime if the dictatorship is shaken by an influx of information and other factors as it implements economic reforms and opens up its economic system".

Nuclear officials could be "expected to proceed with business as usual until specific orders are issued from Pyongyang", it said.
