Walmart is selling negative political clothing for everyone.
Old Glory is the company that sells the "Impeach 45" apparel and it's not the only one. Third-party sellers can sign up to advertise products on Walmart's website, and the retail giant gets a commission on each sale.
Walmart has gotten in trouble before for its lack of oversight on its online platform. Walmart also sold clothing and paraphernalia promoting the impeachment of former President Barack Obama.
The shirt wasn't made by Walmart.
All eyes on James Rodriguez for Colombia's clash with England
Torres admitted that he rated the England team, but not enough for them to beat the South American side. The striker is back on top form at Monaco after two dismal years at Manchester United and Chelsea.
The hashtag #BoycottWalmart began trending after the items, most with the words "Impeach 45", were offered on Walmart's website, Fox News reported. Many asked the retailer why it would sell shirts that they found offensive. The site also sells several different versions of "Hillary for Prison" shirts. The reality is that Walmart, like many other companies, doesn't keep track of everything sold through its online marketplace. Alice Walton donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to a fund supporting Clinton in the 2016 election cycle, but Clinton has rejected her family's support in the past. Still, there were plenty of anti-Trump merchandise, including items calling for his impeachment, available from other sellers.
Eagle-eyed shoppers noticed the range of merchandise which was accompanied by the description including: "Show how you really feel about our president with this tee!". "Tree. Journalist. Some assembly required", on its third-party marketplace. Walmart may not know about them, either.
An inquiry to Old Glory, the Centerbrook, Conn. -based vendor responsible for the products, was not immediately returned. Walmart hasn't responded to media inquiries seeking a response to the boycott threats.
The store came under fire in November after a shirt design that read "Rope".
