Kawhi Leonard trade rumors: An updated list of teams that inquired

We've taken another major step in the Kawhi Leonard-San Antonio Spurs saga this offseason. If Leonard is traded, the most he could receive in an extension (six months after the trade) would be $108 million over four-years (starting in 2019-20).

Kawhi Leonard #2 of the San Antonio Spurs looks on during the first half of a game against the Los Angeles Lakers at Staples Center on November 18, 2016 in Los Angeles, California.

Windy appeared on Zach Lowe's podcast, The Lowe Post, on Monday, and shared his opinion on the status of negotiations around the league.

On Tuesday, the latest comes from (are you sitting down?) ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski and Ramona Shelburne, who teamed up for this story on Leonard considering taking part in USA Basketball's mini-camp in Las Vegas scheduled for next week (he was one of 35 players invited back in April). His persistence to remain quiet only adds to the conundrum of teams with interest in him, but could not pull the trigger on the negotiating table because of Leonard's vague plans beyond the 2018-19 season. Additionally, Leonard would be ineligible for a supermax contract if he signs with a new team as a free agent next summer.

Storms move out of state, severe storm threat for Tuesday
Scattered and isolated thunderstorms are possible today and tonight as monsoon moisture once again runs into our higher terrain. Tomorrow same scenario will exist with spotty showers/storms for most of the day but especially in the afternoon.

How much are teams willing to give up for a rental player, even if that player is a top-five talent and arguably the NBA's best two-way force?

He reportedly had a tense relationship with the team throughout his rehab process and has demanded a trade out of San Antonio.

I think they're in the driver's seat for Kawhi because I think the Lakers have given up, the Sixers have given up. That means no Kyrie Irving, no Gordon Hayward, no Al Horford, and certainly no Jaylen Brown or Jayson Tatum.

The Philadelphia 76ers were reportedly unwilling to include Ben Simmons, Joel Embiid or Markelle Fultz in a deal for Leonard, instead offering up their own collection of draft picks. "San Antonio has been determined in demanding a sizable return on Leonard".
