The newly released trailer also gives players their first look at Blackout gameplay, albeit, only very quickly.

After its reveal in May, the Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Blackout mode has been a complete mystery. "Blackout's" beta doesn't start till September, so stay tuned for that date.

Call of Duty news outlet Charlie Intel was able to grab some screenshots of locations that were quickly showcased in the multiplayer beta trailer and found that a few fan favorite multiplayer and zombie maps look to be featured in the world of Blackout for Black Ops 4. The game will be available for you to buy on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Everyone on Battle.net will have access to the PC open beta.

After more than a week of teases in the form of short 10-second videos, Activision and Treyarch finally launched a brand new trailer to celebrate the remaining five days for the launch of the beta.

So far, we only know that six maps will be included in the first beta tests. Will you be participating in the Black Ops 4 multiplayer beta when it kicks off on August 3?

It has also been confirmed that fans will have access to a large slice of new multiplayer modes, including Control, Team Deathmatch, Domination, Hardpoint, and Search & Destroy. If you ordered at a retailer then you'll have to use a code on the official website to redeem the Private MP beta. Like the multiplayer beta, it will hit PS4 first.
