Samsung accidentally leaked the Galaxy Note 9 again

Next week Samsung will officially take the wraps off the new Galaxy Note9 smartphone with delivery to customers starting on August 24th. The video also affirms most of the things that were spotted in the pre-order announcement page. Also, with less than a week remaining for the launch, some reports have tipped the price of the Galaxy Note 9.

Samsung plans to officially launch the Note 9 at the next Unpacked event next Thursday on August 9, and we'll be there for hands-on coverage.

A 30-second video that appeared to promote the as-yet unannounced Samsung Galaxy Note 9 briefly appeared online this morning. While we don't know pricing, Samsung itself said the price will be "reasonable," though without naming names.

The new S Pen will be powered and supports Bluetooth connections. The company describes the stylus as "all new powerful", It also shows its physical button being pressed.

Collectively, the Note 9 is confirmed to have a 4000 mAh battery, the largest battery Samsung has ever put in a mass-market smartphone. All the variants will be sold by Lazada in Malaysia. Taking this as face value means we're going to get a phone with the long-rumoured 4,000 mAh battery, a welcome 700 mAh increase from the Note 8. The base model, with 128 GB of storage is priced at 13,500,000 Indonesian Rupiah, which is the equivalent of nearly Rs.120,000 while the up-specced variant, with 512 GB of storage will cost 17,500,000 (Indonesian Rupiah), which is equal to Rs.155,000.
